The European Sunlight Association (ESA) is pleased to announce the launch of a new, redesigned website as well as a new logo. The new website is already live under the following address: http://www.europeansunlight.eu/.
The revamped website will provide EU policy-makers, business stakeholders, journalists and customers with an easier access to information about the sunbed industry, its views on relevant policies and the various initiatives taken by ESA and its members to promote responsible tanning across Europe. Together with the new logo and presentation it will strengthen ESA’s position as the voice of the EU indoor tanning industry and a trusted interlocutor.
Christina Lorenz, ESA President, noted: “As the industry takes more and more initiatives to improve the quality and safety of tanning services and devices, it is important that our association’s image is easily recognisable and properly represents this dynamic and forward-looking approach.”
Frank Harbusch, Secretary General of the European Sunlight Association commented: “ESA and its members are actively engaging with EU policy-makers to define and implement operating standards in sunbed services across Europe, ensuring the highest possible level of safety. The new website will support our efforts in increasing consumer protection by providing trusted and reliable information about all aspects of the sunbed industry in Europe, UV exposure, and the use of indoor tanning devices.”
