From 10 to 12 June 2026, researchers from around the world met in Homburg, Germany, for the International Symposium “Vitamin D in Prevention and Therapy – Biologic Effects of Light”. The symposium looked at the role of vitamin D in preventing and treating disease, and at the wider biological effects of light on human health.
Our German member, the Bundesfachverband Besonnung (BfB), interviewed several of the leading scientists taking part. The resulting video gives a compact overview of current research and is now available on YouTube.
